Mobile real-time target machine - Performance
By default this machine comes standard with a Pentium-M clocked at 1.0GHz which oftentimes is efficient and therefore offers you a cost-effective solution.
If required a Pentium-M running at 1.4GHz or at 1.8GHz or Intel Core 2 Duo CPUs supporting clock raets of 1.5GHz or 2.16 GHz can be installed as an option.
All CPUs are sourced from Intel's Embedded Program which guarantees long term supply.
This target machine allows to install up to three PMC I/O modules using the 32-bit/33MHz PCI bus which is significantly faster for PCI read and write operations compared to PC/104 and cPCI based technologies therefore ensuring lowest I/O latency.
