In some cases, especially for very complex or larger applications, customers oftentimes make use of our project based engineering, workflow support, and long-term product maintenance services. Speedgoat has large experience in project based engineering services tied to our target machines and work together with a range of partner companies who are experts in complementing areas.

Extended Maintenance
All Speedgoat real-time target machines and I/O modules includes 12 months of free access to Speedgoat Tools and Drivers for future releases of MathWorks software. If you plan to use your real-time target machine(s) over a longer period of time the cost-effective Maintenance Extension Package ensures that your real-time target machine(s) and I/O module(s) remain compliant with your MathWorks software.

Each package includes 12 months of free access to Speedgoat Tools and Drivers for xPC Target for future releases of MathWorks software, driver functionality extensions if available, and timely technical support by phone and e-mail. The extension package(s) can be purchased for a preferential price at the time of the original product order or before the end of each maintenance service period.

Extended Warranty
Extended Warranty is available as an option and has to be purchased at the time the products are purchased for which the warranty shall be extended. The Extended Warranty extends the standard 12 months warranty period by 24 months resulting in a 36-months warranty period. The Extended Warranty terms and conditions are identical with the standard Warranty terms and conditions.
